Narita Brian is a character in Umamusume: Pretty Derby.
Biography
"I'll keep running until my thirst is quenched. Get out of my way, or get torn apart."
Actions speak louder than words! A tough and stubborn lone wolf.
A lone wolf of few words and ample strength, Narita Brian is feared throughout the academy due to both her personality and her performance on the turf. She herself has little interest in anything besides running, which she does only to quench her own endless thirst. Off the racecourse, she is Biwa Hayahide's little sister and, for some reason, a student council vice president.

Appearance
Narita Brian has long, dark gray hair with a purple tint, styled into a ponytail, cut bluntly at the end, tied in an orange and white rope. She has two long strands of hair growing past her chest, and her bangs appear to be windswept. She wears a white and baby blue rope accessory on her right ear, and a simple white bandage on her nose. Her sharp and determined eyes are yellow. She can often be seen with a green beanstalk in her mouth.
As for her racing outfit, her chest is wrapped in bandages, layered under a cream-colored top, with a magenta collar. The top and bottom of this crop-top is decorated by orange and white ropes, and a yellow star is attached to the left side of her chest. She wears a black pleated skirt with pink and white plaid, held up by a dark brown belt with silver trim. Atop of this ensemble is a long white jacket with a purple tint. It appears torn at the ends. Around the jacket's tall collar is a white shadow-roll, with orange epaulets on either side, decorated with the same orange and white rope. The cuffs of the jacket are magenta with an orange trim on the outside. She wears metal cuffs around either wrist, and magenta and black fingerless gloves. On her right leg, she wears more bandaging, decorated with orange and white rope. Her striking asymmetrical leg-wear sticks out among all else. On her left leg, she wears a dark gray thigh-high boot, with a giant metal cuff, and a giant dark gray horse shoe emblem in the center, decorated with brown belts. On her right leg is a simple, dark gray, short boot, with magenta flaps and brown trimming. Around both of her ankles are ginormous metal horseshoes, decorated with bolts. The toes of her boots are also pure metal, with short matching metal heels.

- Biwa Hayahide - Older sister. Despite her taciturn nature, Brian cares and respects Hayahide greatly, and looks forward to racing her, though can be irritated by her older sister's inquisitiveness.
- In real life, the two of them are actual half brothers from the same mother, and were planned to race against each other in the Arima Kinen before Hayahide retired due to tendinitis during the Tenno Sho Autumn, leaving the showdown forever unrealized.
- Tanino Gimlet - Roommate.

- IRL, the two raced against each other three times: 1995 Arima Kinen, 1996 Hanshin Daishoten, and 1996 Tenno Sho Spring.
