Appearance
T.M. Opera O has short, light orange-colored hair with tufts that rise up and curl. The left side of her bangs exposes most of her forehead, while the left covers it. She wears a gold-pink crown on the top of her head, and her ears each bear two golden ornaments clipped on, the ones on her right ear have green jewel inserts. Her purple eyes surround her small ringed pupils.
Opera O's race attire is truly fit for a king, with many golden flourishes, such as her pauldrons, plackart, and gauntlets. Her top is a long-sleeved white garment with golden trim, that is cropped at the stomach and with sleeves that tuck into her gauntlets. She wears seven golden rings on her fingers. Two medals adorn her torso, and a necklace with ribbons and other baubles sits on top. She wears a pink cape with gold trim, and various ribbons on the back. Her skirt is two-toned, with white and pink stripes that alternate. A golden belt with ornaments ties it down, with a green streak furling down onto and across it from her stomach plate. She wears white thigh socks bearing a pink stripe on each leg. Golden greaves lie at her ankles with a unique spiral design, sitting just above her boots.
Relationships
- Meisho Doto - Best friend and rival. Doto and Opera O are seen together quite often, with Opera O being a shining light to Doto's less confident demeanor.
- They were competitive rivals in the early 2000's with Opera O claiming 1st place over Doto many times.
- Biwa Hayahide - Roommate. Supposedly, Opera O is not the best student, so Hayahide helps her with her studies.
- Air Shakur - Mutual acquaintances. Shakur, on record, has called Opera O a clown.
- A part of that early 99-2000s generation that features many prevalent characters in the series.
- Haru Urara - Friends, as fellow believers of the "Never Give Up" attitude... with varying levels of success.
- Urara was in the same generation as Opera O.
- Narita Top Road - Rival and friend.
- Admire Vega - Rival and friend.
- IRL, T.M. Opera O, Narita Top Road, and Admire Vega shared the Triple Crown races in 1999, with Opera O winning the Satsuki Sho.
- Agnes Digital - Rival and friend. Digital constantly worships Opera O, and Opera O encourages her, as well as give profound, albeit eccentric advice to Digital.
- Air Groove, El Condor Pasa, Grass Wonder, Symboli Rudolf, Taiki Shuttle, Narita Brian, Hishi Amazon, Fuji Kiseki, Maruzensky - Teammates on the anime-only team, Team Rigil.
- Oguri Cap - Upperclassman. Opera has a deep respect to Oguri. She got Oguri's attention after a stunning performance at Mainichi Hai and her pursuit on winning the Satsuki Sho.
- IRL, T.M. Opera O is one of the racehorses who benefitted from the "Oguri Cap Rule" where Opera would run on the classics with a huge entrance fee. Mainichi Hai is also one of the first graded races that Oguri won after transferring to Nationals. It is also the first graded race that Opera won.

| Language | Name | Meaning | Notes |

Trivia
- Her initial character profile was uploaded to the official Twitter account on April 19, 2017.
- Apparently, she has at least 120 gigabytes worth of photos of herself.
- Despite all the show and boast, Opera actually comes from a regular family with a little sister and a working mother. This probably reflects the real life conditions of Opera's owner and ranch, which was relatively small, despite the great success T.M. Opera O garnered during his racing career.
- In addition to her aforementioned appearances in Umamusume media, she makes a cameo in Umamusume: Cinderella Gray during the discussion of the rule changes for the Classics.
- This is a reference to the real life horse being the first victor of the Satsuki Sho to benefit from of the "Oguri Cap Rule".
- Race uniform design notes from Umamusume Pretty Derby Artworks Vol.02:
- 1. "As a reference to 'opera' in the referenced horse name, the design intends to evoke the splendor of a lead character on an opera stage."
- 2. Based on his formidable racing record that earned him the nickname "Supreme Ruler of the Century's End," the design incorporates a crown, gold accessories, and a cape to give a regal impression.
- 3. Uniform colors are based on most frequently worn jockey silk patterns, which were predominantly pink with yellow and green striped accents.
- Unlike the majority of the other careers in the game, when Quick Mode is used on T.M. Opera O's trainee scenarios, instead of the player, T.M. Opera O, who is labelled as the "Legendary Bard", will narrate her own career from her perspective in her own unique way, chronicling the "Origins of the Centurial Overlord" in the form of acts.
