The student council is holding a meeting in preparation for "Winning Dream Stage," a commemorative concert celebrating development and progress in the world of Umamusume racing.

Symboli Rudolf	Heh. Well, I can say with much joy and confidence, their sustained excitement is a clear result of how meaningful the commemorative concert was
