White Stone was a Japanese racehorse active from to 1989 to 1994. He had a long career and was nicknamed the "Eternal Diamond" and the "White Supporting Actor" because he didn't often win, but kept trying. It is often said he was born in the "wrong era" due to the presence of too many strong competitors such as Oguri Cap, Mejiro McQueen, Mejiro Ryan, Ines Fujin, Tokai Teio and Mejiro Palmer.
