Everything she does is according to her plan. A solemn and diligent mädchen.
A diligent and methodical exchange student from Germany. Everything she does is planned an scheduled down to the second. She likes to bake sweets as a hobby, and her precise nature may have arisen due to the unforgiving nature of measuring errors and baking. However, this same meticulousness makes her quick to panic when unexpected events of issues arrive.[1]

Appearance
Eishin Flash, the meticulous daughter of German bakers, has an appearance as neat and measured as her lifestyle. Her hair is a sleek bob cut, colored in a rich, deep black. It descends just down shoulder length with prominent bangs that part neatly to the right. Her eyes are a gentle and docile blue. On her right ear, an elegant white fabric accessory with a distinctive shape, secured and tied around her ear with a blue-striped ribbon.
Flash's outfit is reminiscent of classic tavern maids, very European designs fitting her origins and is much more noticeable in her 2D artwork. Like most maids of that time she wears a white blouse underneath, but her blouse (which historically descends down to the maids ankle) descends down to her thighs as it sprouts into a blooming skirt with a red striped layer on top. Over her blouse is a black corset and one that is unique to her, fitted with leather straps and buckles. She actually uses straps, buckles, and saddles to connect every piece of her outfit. Her sleeves are puffy and white at the top, tapering into a black midsection with decorative cross patterns near the bottom, and finishing with white ruffled cuffs. And moving down is a very simple set of black stockings under some very neat and petite dark blue heels.

- Smart Falcon - Friend and roommate. Eishin Flash takes on a manager-like role to Smart Falcon, helping her practice and schedule concerts. Flash is generally easygoing but will become strict when helping Smart Falcon practice, as she has a lot of potential and she truly believes in Smart Falcon becoming an amazing umadol.
- Daiwa Scarlet - Friend.
- In real life, the two foaled a child together named "Umbrella Date".
- This is referenced in a Trackblazer scenario where Scarlet and Flash share an umbrella, and go to the track to watch a younger Umamusume that they have grown fond of, race and win.

- Curren Chan - Friend. Curren supports Eishin Flash greatly, helping to comfort her when she is nervous before a big race specifically the Derby. Curren Chan is somewhat jealous of Flash, wanting to have people passionate about her racing the same way people are passionate about Flash. Curren also doesn't understand why Flash is the "more beloved runner", despite them starting their careers around the same time. However, Curren still loves Flash and doesn't hate her or hold it against her.

- In real life, Eishin Flash, Rose Kingdom, Rulership and Victoire Pisa were rivals throughout their careers, starting with their classic years.

- Her initial character profile was uploaded to the official Twitter account on June 15, 2017.
- This tweet was a character name prediction quiz, that encouraged fans to try and guess which horse she's named after. The hint was "A beautiful Umamusume from Germany who excels in both academics and sports. She has a very serious personality, and when she wins she expresses her gratitude to her fans with a deep bow".
- The Umamusume Eishin Flash comes from Germany while her in-real-life counterpart was foaled in Japan. This is possibly due to his dam, Moonlady, being a mare from Germany.
