A trendy city girl who dislikes wasting effort for the sake of the status quo. She'll often attempt to escape difficult situations by claiming that she's too stupid to understand what's going on, but she is fully capable of applying herself when she wants to. She once fell into a serious slump because one of her nails broke, so she's been taking care to paint and maintain them ever since. As she has great communication skills, she has quite a lot of friends.

Appearance
Tosen Jordan wears her light brown hair in two fluffy twin tails tied in royal blue ribbons with an turquoise colored gem in the center. Her back-length twin tails fade into a lighter brown at the tips. She has rounded ears, with two diamond-shaped jewels on her left ear, one in royal blue, and the other in turquoise. Her right ear has a golden cusp around it, with a de-saturated dark blue ribbon attached to it. Her round eyes are light gray, and she has long eyelashes. Jordan's nails are always painted a plethora of colors.
Jordan's race outfit has a black cropped jacket, with teal and white decorations on the torso. On her sleeves, a purple stripe goes down the back, with the text "TOSEN JORDAN" repeated between the black and purple sections of the sleeve. Underneath her jacket she wears a cropped turquoise and blue diamond-patterned tank top, with a fishnet shirt layered underneath. She wears a purple belt around her neck like a choker, and has a golden diamond-shaped necklace atop of that. She wears a short black miniskirt with two galaxy-pattern cutouts on the front of her legs. It is held up by a lavender belt adorned with gold accessories. She wears a silver watch on her left wrist, and a light blue bracelet on her right. On her left leg, she has a black thigh-high sock with a blue to purple diamond gradient pattern, and a pink band on the top. On her right leg, she wears a knee-high fishnet stocking, with a blue and purple band around her thigh, with a heart emblem in the center. She wears sneakers that say "JORDAN" on the tongue, her left shoe being turquoise and blue, and her right shoe is lavender and white.
Relationships
- Gold City - Best friend and classmate. City is someone Jordan not only deeply cherishes, but also admires as well (at times to the point of jealousy). She may not realize it, but she is a rare presence who City can be authentically herself around, a safe space. Though their relationship began on the rocks due to Jordan's inability to read the mood, with time the two of them became completely inseparable. They may have communication breakdowns but the two of them always bounce back. The two gals are always there for each other no matter what, both looking out for each other during their respective hard times. Jordan also gets help from City in her studies (given City is a star student and Jordan is a rather poor one).
- Nakayama Festa - Classmate, friend and rival. The somewhat unsophisticated Jordan often finds herself perplexed by Nakayama's esoteric turns of phrase. In fact she doesn't understand Nakayama at all, which leads to her to have complex feelings of jealousy towards her. With time Jordan comes to grow into a bonafide rival and aims to surpass her, finding inspiration in her tenacity and following in her footsteps (in turn inspiring Nakayama as well, both of them becoming each other's hope). The two of them are very friendly, participating in bets and challenges for fun frequently. Jordan rarely refuses Nakayama's challenges, as she is a gal who hates to lose. Overall they have a strong, profound bond as companions who keep each other in check.
- They are part of the same 2009 generation. They had little overlap during their careers due to Tosen Jordan suffering from chronic cracked hoof before the Classics and Nakayama Festa focusing on overseas races later in his career, but they raced once, at 2009's Chunichi Shimbun Hai.
- Gold Ship - Rival and friend(?). If Gold Ship had a list of targets to mess around with, Jordan would be high up on it (if not at the very top). Gold Ship never tires of performing all manner of pranks and on her, justifying it by citing that Jordan always gives the best and most entertaining reactions. Given Jordan is a nice natured girl, she is quite gullible, and will usually believe Gold Ship quickly with enough (often not very much) social engineering. Given how much she gets troubled by Gold Ship she makes it a point to get so strong that she'll never lose to her again. Despite all of this, she continues to try to be kind to Gold Ship (even offering to paint Gold Ship's nails on her birthday), showing that despite their beef there isn't any actual bad blood between the two of them.
- Not only did they have quite the overlap in their racing careers in real life, but Gold Ship also famously disliked the fact that Tosen Jordan presided as the stable boss at Ikee Stables (the two of them were both trained by Ikee Yasutoshi). Gold Ship did not like having to bow his head to him, leading to him harassing Tosen Jordan with kicks.
- Eishin Flash - Rival and friend. Despite having completely opposite personalities, Jordan and Flash get along decently. The two of them find themselves as everymen in a landscape full of incredibly talented Umamusume. Thus, Jordan especially considers Flash her ally, calling for her to teach their juniors who preceded them. Off the track, Jordan attempts to appeal to the strict and straight laced Flash by offering to give her gal makeovers. Such offers are always swiftly and politely turned down, as expected.
- Eishin Flash is from the 2010 generation, one year Tosen Jordan's junior. Aside from an abundant overlap in their careers, they are both Tenno Sho (Fall) winners.
- Jungle Pocket - Role model (even if Jordan would never admit it). Jordan finds Pokke VERY embarrassing and lame, not unlike a teenage girl who gawks at her father's failed attempts to touch ground. If the two of them are talking Jordan is usually close to crawling out of her skin from cringe due to the sheer difference in what the two of them find to be worthy pass times. However, deep down, Jordan truly does deeply respect Pokke and thinks she is incredibly cool and strong. Not that she'd ever tell her that to her face, though...
- Jungle Pocket is the real life father of Tosen Jordan.
- Winning Ticket - Roommate. While Jordan finds her herself troubled by Tickezo's tendency to be easily (much too easily) brought to tears, the two of them are like peas in a pod. They share more in common than meets the eye, both being sporty, kind and simple minded Umamusume whose hearts burn with a fiery passion when it counts. They are also both very, very, very bad at school, praising each other when one is able to achieve a score in the double digits.
- Winning Ticket's father Tony Bin is also Tosen Jordan's damsire.

- Her initial character profile was uploaded to the official Twitter account on April 6, 2017.
- This tweet was a character name prediction quiz, that encouraged fans to try and guess which horse she's named after. The hint was "She may look like a modern gyaru, but shows her true guts and tenacity while racing. Her hobby is nail care, and since her nails are fragile, taking care of them is a must."
- In Tosen Jordan's playthrough, Dream Journey, along with Buena Vista, were referenced by the caster before the Classic Year Arima Kinen ("Will we be taken on a dream journey, or whisked away to an unseen vista?"). As the name license for Dream Journey and Buena Vista wasn't acquired at that time, they were represented by Mejiro McQueen and Special Week respectively. In real life, Mejiro McQueen was the damsire of Dream Journey, while Special Week was the sire of Buena Vista.
- Her obsession with her nails is a reference to the real horse having frequent issues with cracked hoofs.
- Despite having a visible blaze in real life, this was not adapted into her Umamusume design.
