Seiun Sky is a character in Umamusume: Pretty Derby.
Biography
"Hey now, why don't we take it easy? Tortoise and the hare and all that."
Does what she wants, when she wants. As free as a drifting cloud...
As one of the most easygoing girls you'll meet, she lives life at her own pace. But on the inside, she's quite the schemer, and her laziness is just an act to get others to let down their guard... sometimes. Her hobbies include taking afternoon naps and fishing. She also loves cats and is often seen curling up with them outside on the grass. She's classmates with Special Week.[1]

Appearance
Seiun Sky embodies an easygoing lifestyle, reflected in her relaxed appearance. Blue eyes with short, fluffy, faded green hair. Her right ear is adorned with a green cover featuring soft cloud patterns and fluffy white puffs (most likely to resemble clouds) at the base. A small sunflower patch adorns the side of her head, and a brown choker featuring a horseshoe design.
Her outfit complements her laid-back demeanor with a fashionably simple yet charming basic white blouse accented with subtle hints of green. The blouse features somewhat "wild" ruffles at the chest, sleeves, and waist, with the waistline flaring out in a skirt-like fashion. Paired with this are green shorts adorned with cute cloud-like patterns that echo the same design as her ear. A set of straps and a yellow-and-green band wrap her left thigh. And finishing her look are basic gray heels, embellished with fluffy cloud-like puffs that, like her shorts, mirror the ones on her ear.

- In real life, both Flower and Seiun are from the same stable and owned by Masayuki Nishiyama. The two were very close in real life, had a foal together named Nishino Mirai[2], and were buried next to each other when they passed on.
- King Halo, Special Week - Classmates, rivals, and friends of the same "Golden Generation". They are fellows members of the "Big Three", the group that raced together in that generation's classics.

- Her initial character profile was uploaded to the official Twitter account on March 24, 2017.
- This tweet was a character name prediction quiz that encouraged fans to try and guess which horse she's named after. The hint was "Special Week's classmate that tends to go at her own pace. She hates entering gates!"
- She can fall asleep in three seconds.[3]
- In various livestreams of Sokosoko PakaLive TV, it is revealed that Seiun Sky was the most auditioned Umamusume among the voice actresses until Akari Kito landed the role.
- If the player makes her win the Triple Crown in her career story, there's a secret event where her grandfather gifts her a bamboo fishing rod, a fishing chair, sea bream, and fishing bait for winning.[4]
- This is a reference to Masayuki Nishiyama's best friend, Juzo Yamasaki, a manga artist who's hobby is fishing. Juzo Yamasaki was also a fan of Seiun Sky.
