Running for Tomakomai, a Realist Local Idol
A local idol hailing from Tomakomai! Her love for her hometown earned her the name "Tomakomai's Minister of Tourism" among the townspeople. She's always going through trial and error so she can use her running and lives to promote Tomakomai. Being a little too serious is one of her weaknesses.

Appearance
Hokko Tarumae has long, dark brown hair with a jagged white streak in the middle, and blunt bangs. Her hair is styled in two braided twintails that fall down her back, tied at the end by a a red beaded hair tie. Her round purple eyes display her cheery demeanor. She has turquoise ear covers, and on her right ear, there is an orange and teal ribbon with a star in the middle. She is usually seen wearing a white cap atop her head.
Her racing outfit refers to the "Hokko" racing silk, which consists of a white and red blazer-style jacket with a matching skirt, divided into sections separated by red trim. There are small, gold-colored buttons on the jacket. She wears a short-sleeved, slightly oversized blazer, and black and gray plaid cuffs. The lower portion of her uniform is a short white skirt with red pleats, and black plaid frills. She wears white socks with red trims, and white and red sneakers. Her shoes have teal laces, and are each decorated with a gold star in the center.

- Still in Love - Friend. Still in Love and Hokko Tarumae share a passion for sweets, and Tarumae sometimes makes some for her. While Tarumae can sometimes find Still's intensity unnerving, she finds Still's mannerisms cute and wants to learn from her cuteness.
