"I'm Air Shakur. In any case, data speaks louder than victory or defeat. I don't have a problem with simulation, I'll screw you over, logistically."
Let's be logical! An eccentric genius girl.
An anarchic data advocate. Her mind and personality are sharp, and she desires absolute victory based on logic, rather than one won off-the-cuff. No matter how many times she's calculated it, she comes up seven centimeters short of winning the Triple Crown. She continues to search for a glimmer of chance, both in her confidence of her calculations, and desperation.

Appearance
Shakur has short black hair with a line that runs through the center. Her hair can be described as "spiky" or "tousled" (messy) it is uneven and includes several strands that jut out in different directions. Her hairstyle also features two longer strands at the back extending downwards, this (when looking from the front) can give the illusion that she has traditional long hair.
Her eyes are a golden yellow and she has subtle piercings above her left eyebrow. Her right ear is adorned with a gold/bronze piece that is connected by chain to an ear cuff directly above.
Shakur's race outfit is a mesh of many random different article of clothing and designs. She sports a short sleeved black jacket that has blue accents, blue linings, yellow studs and an asymmetrical zipper design on the left side. Underneath the jacket is a torn yellow shirt with paint splatter print. She wears a black belt with gold decals. Her shorts have 2 separate zippers on the right side which is connected by a red and white ribbon/strap (Fine motion? :3) and she has an attached blue cloth on the other side. Her right leg features red straps above ripped black leggings with blue flames. She's wearing the unreleased Air Shakur 1's (not available on the free market).
