Biography

“I will not give up this Tiara. It's time for me to show the way.”

Cesario is an Umamusume of intelligence and compassion. Influenced by her father, a famous trainer, and mother, who is passionate about education, she holds a great interest in nurturing the next generation of Umamusume who come after her. She holds retired Tiara-winning Umamusume as her ideal type since she learned that they also focus on being role models to younger Umamusume. According to her best friend, whom she rooms with, she has a very clear on-off routine.

Appearance

Cesario wears her dark blue hair in a short bob, with a white crown braid, and white bangs. She has purple eyes with white pupils in the center. Around her left ear is a golden ring decorated with golden studs around the center.

Her racing uniform is both detailed and elegant. She wears a white long-sleeved blazer with gold trim, and a long coattail, with the underside being green. Her tail hole has a large green and white ribbon on top. The right lapel of her blazer is red, and she wears a red band on her right arm as well. The sleeves of her blazer have both golden and green chevrons on both cuffs, and she wears a pair of black gloves. Around her neck is a navy blue ribbon, and under her blazer is a green button-up shirt, frilled at the ends. She wears a pair of navy blue shorts, rolled up to reveal white fabric underneath. Her white thigh-high boots are simple, with gold trims, and two green lines at the top.

• She was announced during 5th EVENT ARENA TOUR GO BEYOND on day two of the third leg, YELL, which took place on February 4th, 2024.
• While she shows a stoic and determined persona during concerts and races, she has a much more upbeat, friendly, and cheerful demeanor around her friends, especially towards Team Ascella. Rhein Kraft attributes Cesario's multifaceted demeanor as a kind of "on and off switch".
  • This likely serves as an allusion to her namesake being a character from Twelfth Night, a romantic comedy play by William Shakespeare, that being Viola, the main protagonist and heroine, who disguises herself as a young man named Cesario. Twelfth Night is alluded to several times, including via direct quotes, during Cesario's character story.
• Cesario and Symboli Kris S are the first real-life mare and stallion pairing having their foal made into an Umamusume, being Epiphaneia.
  • Her love for collecting feve is a nod to this relation to Epiphaneia, as feve is a trinket in king cake that's meant to be collected. King cake is celebrated on Epiphany, also known as Three Kings' Day, which is what Epiphaneia is named after.
• She is not easily scared of horror movies.
• She tends to make supportive banners for the young Umamusume in racing clubs.
• Cesario's love and care for young Umamusume is likely a reference to her successful career as a broodmare in real life, as she became the third mare in JRA history to have three G1-winning children.
