Forever Burning Bright

It shines brightly for just a moment, then it drifts freely upon the waves.
As each one pursues their way of life, I too have my own aspirations.
Like a roaring fire, I will forever burn bright.

Trivia

  • As of 2026, Mejiro Dober is currently both the oldest living JRA grades stakes winner and oldest living JRA G1 winner at age 32, the former originally held by Nice Nature until his death at age 35.
  • At 5 G1 wins, she has the most G1 wins out of any horse from Mejiro Farm. Mejiro McQueen would have tied, if not for his disqualification at the Autumn Tenno Sho, leaving his count at four.
    • However unlike Mejiro McQueen, all of Mejiro Dober's G1 wins came from female-only G1s.
