Shinko Windy is a character in Umamusume: Pretty Derby.
Biography
"Grawr! Better not look away, or I’mma bite’cha!"
A total prankster! Watch out: she bites!
A wild wolf who'll chomp ya good—or so she says. This Umamusume is a rascal who loves pranks, likely owing to the fact that she craves attention from others. Her vicious facade and munchy tendencies are clear pleas for affection, though she hasn't realized it herself. She also speaks with a similarly wild flare.

Appearance
Shinko Windy has short brown hair, with parts that curl up from the bottom. A white tuft sits at the center near her forehead, and above that lies a thick ahoge which angles to the left. Her head is framed by dark-brown patterns in her hair that could be likened to a pair of pincers, at the sides of her head. A white band with purple accents sits at the base of her right ear. Her eyes are a dark purple, but grow lighter near the bottom. Her sharp pupils are a darker shade of purple. Additionally, her teeth are pointy.
Her race outfit consists of a purple cropped jacket bearing a fur collar, under the jacket is a black tattered top, resembling a long corset, cut off at the upper body. She wears a necklace adorned by sharp, fanged teeth. Her wrists, along with her ankles, are wrapped in a furry trim, which secures both her gloves and her boots. A series of black bands is tied around her left arm. Her black, cropped shorts are topped with fur trim at the thighs and side along with a purple studded belt with five fanged teeth at the buckle. She wears ripped tights secured to her legs by thigh garters. Her black boots have a purple trim at the flats of the feet.
