Mechanics

Scenario revolves around upgrading the island's training facilities via a Construction Plan every 12 turns and Development Points that are obtained through selecting an action for a turn, with Friendship Training providing more Development Points.

Once you reach certain thresholds of Development Points more facilities will be constructed, and once you max out Development Points, any additional points will be converted into energy.

An additional training type, Island Training, is added, which is a combined training of all the other available training facilities on the island into one combined training that raises all stats. For a Support Card to appear on the corresponding Island Training slot, they need to be in that training category and the appropriate facility must be at least Level 1. Island Trainings can only be used with an Island Training Ticket, two which are obtained per each Construction Plan and do not stack, but do carry over into the next building period.

During Summer Camp and the URA Finale periods, the training facilities are replaced with the Island Versions.

Every 6 months, an Evaluation Meeting will be held, providing additional stats and some passive bonuses depending on the amount of Development Points earned.

Island Planning and Building

As mentioned above, facilities are built using Construction Points and Development Points, and can only be used with an Island Training Ticket. Each Island Facility acts as a replacement for the regular Training Facilities, and provides the same offstats (Power for Speed, Guts for Stamina, ect.) Higher level effects replace any previous ones, and each facility upgrade provides the same bonus, except for Speed which has lowered Training Effectiveness. After Level 2, there is 2 types of upgrades, Full Throttle, which is more expensive and Skilled Technique, which is cheaper.
