A powerful and cold loner who boasts her unparalleled running ability. Her running is awe-inspiring and feared by those attending Tracen Academy, where she herself is feared as well. She has no interest in anything other than running, and runs only to quench her own thirst. She is Biwa Hayahide's younger sister, and surprisingly serves as the vice president of the student council.
