Biography

"Tsurumaru Tsuyoshi! I'm aiming to be a "Triple Crown Umamusume"! And I'm gonna give it all I've g―... GWEH! I... I just choked a bit! I'm okay, I'm super okay!"

Her dream is to win the Triple Crown! Always giving it her all!! Though she tends to exceed her limit!?

An Umamusume that's energetic, positive, and enthusiastic about everything she does. However, her body struggles to keep up with her mind. She has amazing potential not only in running, but also in other areas, but when she gives it her all, she always falls down and fails to achieve any success. Even then, she runs as hard as she can to someday achieve her dream of becoming a "Triple Crown Umamusume" - Her spirit is strong!

Appearance

Tsuyoshi has a short brown bob-cut, with bangs parted in the center, and a small white streak of hair on her forehead. On the left side of her bangs is a red zig-zag shaped hair ornament, and on her right ear is a silver charm wrapped around her ear. Underneath her right ear she wears a hair-clip, featuring a yellow circle, with gray wings coming off the top. She has de-saturated light-purple eyes, and small but thick eyebrows.

Her racing uniform consists of a multi-colored purple, black, and red outfit. The top portion of her outfit is a dark purple sleeveless coat overlaid with golden trim and accents around the fabric's perimeter, and a red interior fabric, and attached to the ends of the coat are several golden diamonds. The jacket is clasped in the center with a golden corded rope. She wears a black high-neck top, with a triangle shaped cutout at the neckline. Over top, she wears a light pink corset-like piece around her waist. Underneath, a pair of simple white shorts. Her sleeves are detached from the rest of the ensemble, held to her upper arms by silver metal cuffs with zig-zag engravings. The sleeves themselves are purple with gold trim, left half open, revealing red compression sleeves. Around her right leg, she has a purple zig-zag shaped thigh belt with golden trim. She wears black heeled sandals with golden vamps, cutouts exposing her heel and toes. Underneath, she wears thick purple ribbon around her lower shins.

• Her design was shown with a redacted name on March 6, 2022, and her name was revealed on March 17, 2022, as she was a part of the mobile game's main story.
• She is the third longest Umamusume to be implemented into the game, with 1,076 days between when she was first announced and she got implemented.
  • The first one is Biko Pegasus, which took 2,476 days.
  • Daring Tact overtook Tsurumaru's place at July 8, 2025, with more than 1,353 days and still counting.
