Search! Solve! Summer! is a story event in the Umamusume: Pretty Derby Game that was originally held from June 30th to July 11th, 2022, while the English version of the event ran from June 11th to June 22nd, 2026.
Summary
The Summer Walk is an event for Umamusume to restore their energy before summer camp and the battles that wait them in autumn. Taiki Shuttle and Mejiro Dober go to a camping site surrounded by nature to relax, barbecue, and fish... but they end up searching for hidden treasure instead! This is the story of their summer adventure in the breezy forest.
Story
Episode 1 - The Journey Begins
Mejiro Dober intends to invite Taiki Shuttle out for the Summer Walk, to help with Taiki's homesickness. They set off, and along the way, they meet up with Matikanetannhauser and El Condor Pasa, who proceeded to join their group. The four enjoy their time in the Summer Walk. Meanwhile, Zenno Rob Roy is seemingly in search of something.
Episode 2 - Adventurers Assemble
Taiki and Dober run into Rob Roy. Rob Roy explains to them that she's treasure hunting. She also explains why: their campsite is based off a movie's forest, in which five rag-tag villagers team up to find the mystical Dreamstone that can grant wishes. Excited by this information, Taiki enthusiastically asks Rob Roy to join the treasure hunt, an offer that Rob Roy fully agrees. With El and Tannhauser on board, a group of five just like the movie's plot is formed. It is then revealed to the audience that Rob Roy has lied about the source of the story: it is actually from the children's book Rhodonite and the Dreamstone. The reason is suggested by a subsequent scene of Rob Roy being generally unaware of things outside of her reading hobby, a fact that she finds embarrassing. Rob Roy wants to tell the group the truth, but then concedes that it is fine to leave things as is.
Episode 3 - A Pleasant Expedition
Mejiro Dober's perspective reveals that she actually had a camping trip planned with other Mejiros, which she chose to forgo for the Summer Walk. She receives a letter from Mejiro Ryan, who compliments her for trying to break out of her shell and reaching out to her friend. Ryan also picked out the dress that Dober will wear for the rest of the summer camp. Cut to the start of the treasure hunt, when Zenno Rob Roy explains the two hidden clues to reach the Dreamstone: one is in the north-to-southwest Lonely River, the other is the Ghillie Dhu's Garden behind the barbecue area. After acquiring the clues, the group can find the Dreamstone in Oberon's Palace, of the rocky beach area. The group decides to go for the Lonely River first.
Episode 4 - Crisis at Lonely River
The group arrived at the Lonely River. Zenno Rob Roy, as the most knowledgeable one, tries to guide everyone on what to do next: cross the river through a stone path to reach a pedestal with the clue, all of which show up after flipping a switch. However, since the stone path only stays for a few minutes, Rob Roy panics and volunteers to go to the pedestal first. Additionally, the switch only works once a day, so Taiki Shuttle ultimately rushed head-on to the stone path. Unfortunately, it starts to sink as Taiki reaches it, dragging her along as well. Matikanetannhauser swoops in to save her. While everyone is fine, the search ends in a failure.

- By completing all the story events and Point Rewards, the player can obtain two copies of
SSR ["Rhodonite and the Dreamstone"] Zenno Rob Roy, along with upgrade materials, Goddess Statues, Rainbow Crystal Shards, Support Tickets and Carats.
- The Prize Derby also contains three additional copies of SSR ["Rhodonite and the Dreamstone"] Zenno Rob Roy for the first three bingo cards, alongside Gold Crystal Shards, Carats and other rewards.
- Upon finishing all the event missions, the player can obtain the event-exclusive title "Search! Solve! Summer!".
