Cared for and beloved by the entire country, she lit the spark for the first ever racing boom. She now performs as an idol, hyping up her fans as she always has. Her heart is both pure and strong, tough enough to overcome any hardship that may come her way. In her racing days, she was an iron woman, earning her the title 'Little Miss Monster'.

Appearance

Haiseiko's hair is a light terracotta, styled low and wavy with up-drafting curls. A small patch of cream is visible just in the center of her hair, at the forehead. Both of her ears are adorned with white covers bearing a blue-and-white alternating patterned band at the base of each, along with a ribbon using the same design on her right ear. Haiseiko's eyes are wide, and pink with subtle yellow highlights.

Haiseiko's racing attire is made up of plum-colored dress she wears, along with other various accessories such as the white apron draped atop of it, the cream-like gold belt at the waist bearing a large ribbon at the back of the apron, just above the tail, double-breasted buttons in the same color, and a gold ribbon just beneath the collar, also accompanied by small multicolored roses at the base of the ribbon. The dress additionally has two pockets at the front, and is ruffled at the hem. The sleeves are short and ruffled as well, exhibiting a slight puffiness. The pumps she wears are heeled and off-colored, with the right shoe being white, and the left one being the same plum color as her dress. She wears a plum-colored glove and a pearl bracelet on each hand.
