Biography

"This rotation's kinda like an investment, y'know? Bit of a self-branding."

An innovative Umamusume who boasts that she'll "revolutionize the world of Umamusume". Wielding traits like the vitality of a gyaru, logical thinking fostered by watching races and businesses from all around the world at a young age, and extraordinary creativity as her weapons, she's working toward her project day after day. As an aside, her birthday apparently coincides with a certain anniversary in this world.

Appearance

Forever Young has brown hair with two slightly curly brown strands framing around her face and reaching down to her chest, with the left strand being red inside with light brown streaks, and the right strand being cream white inside with light brown streaks. Her bangs are slightly curled on the left, with two curly small strands of hair on either side of her face, the left being red inside and the right being cream white. There are red and brown braids on either side of her head that reach around the side of her head and end at the small red hair tie on the back of her hair.

The back of her hair is tied up by a small red hair tie, styled as a messy, slightly wide ponytail with curled ends that reach down to her back. There are two long brown and red braids on either side of her messy ponytail, with the tips of them being slightly messy and curled.

Her eyes are bright green, with one being a slightly darker green due to partial heterochromia.

A small maroon fedora sits on the right side of her head with a gold decorative piece, including a ruby and diamond jewel. The fedora is fitted through her right horse ear, with a cutout for it.

She wears rimless sunglasses with a gold frame, and lenses that are semi-transparent with a dull dark pink fading tint.

Her brown horse ears are slightly fluffy, with four small gold ear cuffs on her right horse ear. Her brown horse tail fades into a lighter brown at the tips.

Forever Young's racing outfit consists of a black button-up tube top with a built-in bra, with four gold buttons on the torso part, acting like a way to open or close it. Over it, she wears an open maroon blazer coat with white lapels on the collar, accented by several maroon lines, with the chest lapels being only white. The front of the coat ends at the waist, while the back extends to just above her knees. The interior lining of the coat's tails is a dark grey, decorated with grey horizontal oval patterns and black diagonal designs.

The white chest lapels continue around her waist and extend behind her into two long white cloth strips, each ending in a gold ring. Attached to the left ring are three small banners: a green rectangular banner, a blue banner featuring a thin white rectangle, and a red-and-white banner. Attached to the right ring are three additional banners: a red banner with a large white half design, a white banner, and a dull copper-colored banner.

Each upper sleeve of the blazer features a white C-shaped cloth ring secured by a gold U-shaped button with a circular center. The lower sleeves are loose and open, exposing her forearms. The interior of the sleeves matches the coat lining with dark grey coloring and black diagonal patterning, while white shirt cuffs provide contrast at the sleeve openings.

She wears black shorts beneath a white slit skirt that reaches mid-thigh. The slit extends to the waistband and is outlined in gold, with the upper corners decorated by gold-ringed semicircular ornaments. On either side of the skirt opening are sets of decorative banners. The right side features green, reddish-orange, dull light blue, and light purple banners, while the left side features light grey, dark yellow, light beige, and bright red banners. Each banner has a rhombus-shaped top, a gold button attachment, and a thin black internal outline.

Around the skirt is a black belt-like strap supported by a gold chain, accompanied by a second, smaller strap beneath it.

She wears brown-tinted thigh-high stockings. The right stocking is decorated with a gold ornament attached near the black silicone band. Her footwear consists of black platform ankle boots with crossed red-and-white laces forming X-shapes. The lace buttons are gold and marked with white plus signs. The boot soles are bright red, and the decorative motif from her right stocking continues onto the upper sole in a transparent, black-outlined design. The cuffs of the boots are thick and folded, with the inside being a brownish dull gold.

Her jewelry differs between each hand. On her left wrist is a thick gold bracelet. Her left index finger wears a thick grey lattice-pattern ring, while her left thumb wears a simple gold ring. On her right wrist are three silver bracelets positioned side by side, each decorated with a blue pearl. Her right thumb wears a double silver ring, her index finger wears a thick silver ring, and her pinky finger wears a simple silver ring.

Around her neck is a dark green choker held together by a gold "CA" emblem. She also wears a necklace composed of large gold rings, from which hangs a white-and-red tie bearing her name in gold cursive lettering.

• She was first teased during the Breeders' Cup weekend on November 1, 2025, just minutes after the real horse became the first Japanese horse to win the Breeders' Cup Classic. She was then introduced during the 5th anniversary PakaLive TV stream on February 22, 2026, eight days after winning the Saudi Cup for a second time.
  • She was actually hinted at being a possible addition to the game much earlier, when the horse's owner Susumu Fujita said he might add Forever Young if he won the Kentucky Derby.
• She is the second Umamusume who got announced while her real-life counterpart was still active, with the first being Daring Tact.
• Her biography references the fact that the real horse was born on the same day that the Umamusume mobile game originally released.
• Her fedora is a reference to the real-life Forever Young's trainer Yoshito Yahagi wearing one.
• Her eye color is green but it is slightly heterochromatic, with one of them being slightly darker to reflect the logo color of CyberAgent, the main company of Cygames.
