Summary
Haru Urara wants to try her new strategy to get faster.
Plot
Haru Urara wants to try her new strategy to get faster, this strategy is putting a carrot ice cream hanging from the head of someone fast so she will run faster to grab it. When she wanted to try the strategy Silence Suzuka ended up running so fast that Haru just preferred to wait with Special Week for her to complete the lap to grab the ice cream instead of following her.
