Yuriko Hibi (日比優理香) is the voice actress for Fenomeno in Umamusume: Pretty Derby.
Background
Originally from Saitama prefecture, Yuriko Hibi got her start in voice acting in 2023 after signing with Inspion. She originally started with small background rolls in seasonal anime, and in 2024, she was cast to play her first main role as Ichijoji Sakura in Himitsu no AiPri.
