Shino Shimoji (下地 紫野) is the voice actress for Nakayama Festa in Umamusume: Pretty Derby.
Background
Being born and raised in Okinawa, Shimoji attended Okinawa Prefectural Shuri High School. She would graduate from Aoni Juku Tokyo School, 33rd class.
When she was in high school, she happened to watch anime, which sparked her interest for a career in voice acting. Around that time, she heard about the voice acting audition for "Shimanchu MiRiKa," a show set in her hometown of Okinawa, and passed it. After taking lessons and doing voice recordings, she discovered the joy of acting, and after graduating from high school, she moved from Okinawa to Tokyo, attended a training school in Tokyo, and joined Aoni Production in April of 2013.
