Yukina Shuto (首藤志奈) is the voice actress for Haru Urara in Umamusume: Pretty Derby.
Background
A native of the Oita Prefecture, Shuto was born on December 19th and was a student Pro-Fit Voice Actor Training School. In 2014, while studying as a third-year high school student, she was one of the nineteen domestic winners of the voice acting category at the 3rd Seiyū Damashī contest.
She was part of the idol unit Prima Porta, alongside Tomoyo Takayanagi as another member of the group.
