Yuki Nakashima (中島由貴) is the voice actress for Lucky Lilac in Umamusume: Pretty Derby.
Background
Yuki Nakashima was born in Wakayama Prefecture on September 12, 1997. She knew from an early age that she wanted to work in the entertainment industry, and after watching Gin Tama, she took an interest in voice acting. She began her career in the entertainment industry as a child model, also appearing in several commercials and dramas under the agency Amuse.[1] Later, Yuki joined a jazz music club in high school, where she learned how to play the bass guitar[2].
In 2014 Yuki was scouted by Earth Star Entertainment after winning a contest, later signing with the agency. Afterwards, Yuki made her voice acting debut as Kinako Tanaka in Teekyuu, and went on to score her first main role in 2017 as Aoi Zaizen in Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS. Soon after, she was cast as Yuuki Otokura in The iDOLM@STER, her first voice acting role allowing her to display her musical talents. In 2018, she decided to part ways with Earth Star Entertainment, and signed with the talent agency Beffect in spring of that year.[3]. In May 2018, she was announced to replace Yurika Endo as the bassist for the band Roselia from BanG Dream!, and took on the role of Lisa Imai.[4]
In 2020, Yuki made her debut as a solo artist under NBC Universal Entertainment Japan, and released her first album titled Chapter I.[5]
