Chisa Kimura 木村千咲 is the voice actress for Daiwa Scarlet in Umamusume: Pretty Derby.
Background
Hailing from Kyogo prefecture, she was enrolled in the Japan Narration Acting Research Institute as a member of the voice acting agency, VIMS, and then decided to become a freelance voice actress in March of 2020.
On top of voice acting, she live streams and releases cover songs as a VTuber on her YouTube channel[1]. On October 27, 2024 she released her first single, "Panee Toujou♡"[2].
