Ryoka Tsurugi is a character in Umamusume: Pretty Derby. She is featured on the U.A.F. Ready GO! scenario alongside Sonon Elfie.
Biography
She's a talented and cool-headed producer with a passion for entertainment. She and her partner, Sonon Elfie, launched "U.A.F." (Umamusume Athletic Festival), an all-rounded sports tournament for horse girls, and is the lead of operations. Her intentions behind hosting "U.A.F." seem to be secret.

Appearance
Ryoka is a human woman with de-saturated purple hair, styled into a ponytail that sits on her left shoulder. She has bright purple down-turned eyes. Ryoka wears orange triangle earrings on either ear, as well as a black bracelet on her right wrist. Her outfit consists of a white ruffled blouse with navy blue trim and gold buttons, tucked into a pair of simple black jeans. On her feet, she wears a pair of black heels with a gold buckle in the center.
