Minori Suzuki (鈴木みのり) is the voice actress for Agnes Digital in Umamusume: Pretty Derby.
Background
Minori was born in Aichi Prefecture. She is currently affiliated with Aoni Production, and was formerly affiliated with e-stone music.
She has loved singing and acting since she was a little girl, and was exposed to a variety of music in her home environment growing up, as her father is a big anime fan and her mother loves music[1]. Growing up, she loved singing the theme and ending songs to Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch- which was the first anime she really fell in love with[2]- and Tokyo Mew Mew. In 5th or 6th grade, she discovered late-night anime. Around that time, Nana Mizuki appeared on NHK's Kōhaku Uta Gassen, and Minori began to discover more about voice acting through Nana Mizuki, and would shortly after decide that she wanted to pursue voice acting as her career.
Encouraged by her mother, who was a fan of Macross Frontier, and her own love of Megumi Nakajima (Ranka Lee's voice actress)[3], she would eventually participate in an audition to find a new singer/voice actress for the newest Macross series at the end of 2014, and would make her entertainment debut in 2016 as Freyja Wion in Macross Delta, after being selected from among 8,000 applicants[4], and would perform in the unit Walküre for the franchise.
Minori made her solo debut with the single FEELING AROUND in 2018[5], and would make her stage actress debut in the play MOTHERLAND in 2021[6]. Also in 2021, at the 15th Seiyuu Awards, her and the other members of the unit Walküre would be selected as the winner for the the Best Singing award[7].
