Background
Aya Yamane is from Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture. She cites her reason in becoming a voice actress due to the encouragement of her older sister, and after watching the anime Angel Beats!, wanting to be a voice actress in the show.[1][2]
She graduated from Kanagawa Prefectural Yokohama Hiranuma High School and Amusement Media Academy. In 2016, she would earn her first role as a background character in Orange, and join her current agency Aoni Production.[3] Since her time in vocational school, she would become a fan of iDOLM@STER, and would audition for a role in both Shiny Colors and Cinderella Girls. In 2021, she would earn a role in Shiny Colors as Mikoto Aketa.[4]
