Biography
The announcer in charge of giving play-by-play updates on the "Twinkle Series" races.
Appearance
Misato Akasaka has de-saturated shoulder-length green hair that flares out at the ends. Her hair is parted down the middle, exposing her forehead, and she has bright green eyes and small but thick eyebrows. Atop her head she wears a black headset, with a microphone attached. Her outfit consists of a simple white button-up blazer, adorned with a green ribbon, and an orange pencil skirt. She wears a pair of orange-tinted tights, and dark brown loafers.
