Mr. C.B. is a playable character in Party Dash. She is not a part of any team, but can be unlocked by playing through Team Rose's story.
Biography
A living legend, she steals the show every time with her aloof charisma. Her ability to march to the beat of her own drum with unwavering confidence attracts others to her. Perhaps what makes her seem so free-spirited is the fact that she can't bring herself to do anything she doesn't believe in—in which case, she may be more awkward than most.
