Appearance
Bubble Gum Fellow has long, flowing orange hair with a white tuft of hair, overlapped by a dark brown tuft of hair. Her hair, ears, and tail, all fade into dark brown at the tips. Wrapped around her ear is an elaborate flowing orange and white decor, with three blue gems on top. Her hair is styled with two prominent tufts on top of her ears and a blue scrunchie tying part of her hair into a high ponytail, and she has a blue hair clip on the right side of her bangs. Her expressive blue eyes and determined expression convey a sense of strength and character.
Her race outfit consists of a crop-top with a yellow garment layered under a yellow cropped bomber jacket with techwear-esque buckles and decorations, featuring black and blue accents. Her sleeves are adorned with decorative patterns, and she wears high-waisted, white shorts with black leggings underneath, showcasing a trendy contrast, and two belts in blue and orange around her waist. The right leg of her leggings have an explosion-shaped pattern on the shin. There are black fingerless gloves on both of her hands, with blue stripes around her wrist. She wears yellow sneakers with blue straps, black accents, and white heels.
Relationships
- Fenomeno - Roommate.
- Air Groove - Rival and friend. The two were seen as the potential Triple Tiara and Triple Crown of their generation but due to Bubble's injuries making her miss out on her classic year, and Groove's sickness making her miss out on the Oka Sho and losing the Shuka Sho, they didn't fulfill those hopes. Groove is one of Bubble's main inspirations and visited her in the hospital after Bubble's injury. They also study together from time to time.
- IRL, they raced each other twice, in the 1997 Tenno Sho (Autumn) and in the 1997 Japan Cup, with Bubble placing behind Groove both times.
- Sakura Laurel - She deeply admires her due to Laurel also getting injured in her classic year, but still managing to win a G1 after it. Laurel is Bubble's inspiration and one of her main motivations to continue racing, as she wanted to defeat her.
- IRL, they raced against each other in the '96 Tenno Sho (Autumn) with Bubble winning the race.

Trivia
- She was announced during the 3.5th Anniversary PakaLive TV stream on August 23, 2024.
- The "Big Four" (also known as the "四天王", tl. "Four Heavenly Kings" in Japanese) mentioned in her profile and story is not only a group she is a part of, but is based on the real "Big Four" horses that were in the 1996 generation. The rest of the members however are currently NPCs.
- Waltz of Shadow is based on Dance in the Dark, who won the Kikuka Sho in 1996. In the career story, Waltz of Shadow sustains an injury that forces her to quit racing, which puts Bubble Gum Fellow in a bad state where she gets a debuff before the Japan Cup.[1] This is based on Dance in the Dark's injury right after the Kikuka Sho, where he was forced to retire.
- Sol Lapis is based on Ishino Sunday, who won the Satsuki Sho in 1996.
- Holy Cure is based on Royal Touch, who won the Kisaragi Sho (G3) in 1996.
