+As mentioned above, facilities are built using Construction Points and Development Points, and can only be used with an Island Training Ticket. Each Island Facility acts as a replacement for the regular Training Facilities, and provides the same offstats (Power for Speed, Guts for Stamina, ect.) Higher level effects replace any previous ones, and each facility upgrade provides the same bonus, except for Speed which has lowered Training Effectiveness. After Level 2, there is 2 types of upgrades, Full Throttle, which is more expensive and Skilled Technique, which is cheaper.
