			== Plot ==
			With Rice Shower back in competition, Mejiro McQueen resumes training for the Spring Tennoushou, determined to secure her third consecutive victory. Rice, with renewed confidence, trains alongside McQueen in the city lagging just one stride behind. Excitement builds across Tracen Academy with the nation rallying behind McQueen as the overwhelming favorite.

			In secret, Rice intensifies her training in the countryside, focusing on improving her endurance. Wearing out countless pairs of shoes with Mihono Bourbon observing from a distance. Meanwhile, McQueen trains steadfast with Team Spica, showing to be in better shape than ever. As media day arrives, reporters gather at Tracen to interview the competing racers, but Rice remains absent, continuing her isolated preparation. The energy is high, and anticipation for the race reaches its peak.

			On the day of the Tennoushou, McQueen takes a final moment to speak with Teio in the dressing room before heading to the track. The racers come out one by one through the tunnel. McQueen is making her entrance as well but, behind her she could sense something. An overwhelming presence...that she couldn't see but she could '''''feel'''''. Rhythmic breathing, unmatched intensity and bursting with Aura, that presence revealed itself as Rice Shower. McQueen was stunned at her transformation, left completely silent as Rice passes her. This feeling she felt was something akin to fear.

			As the race begins, Palmer immediately surges to the front, implementing her outrun strategy with Daitaku Helios cheering from the stands. McQueen follows closely behind, but her movements seem uncharacteristically tense. Trainer quickly notices that rather than running her own race, McQueen appears to be trying to escape something—Rice Shower, who remained intensely behind her, never losing pace. Nearing the grandstands, Trainer calls out to McQueen, urging her to focus, just as she did in her previous Tennoushou victories. However, the race has already reached an intense pace, far faster than usual. Palmer leads into the third corner, but McQueen begins her advance, moving outside to overtake. Yet, Rice remains right behind her, relentless in her pursuit.

			As the final stretch nears, McQueen finally pulls ahead of Palmer, but Rice makes her move on the outside at the same time, her presence pressuring McQueen from every direction. The two race neck and neck, locked in an intense battle for the lead. The crowd watches in growing unease, recognizing the threat Rice poses to McQueen’s historic victory. The people began to worry about the "heel" again. But, Rice does not waver. She does not shrink under their judgment. Whatever she is to them, whatever their response to her will be, she knows in her heart that she is a '''Hero'''. With resolute belief in herself, she explodes past McQueen, breaking away and securing the Tennoushou in record time.

			The stadium falls into stunned silence. Confetti rains down, but the atmosphere is subdued. There was no cheers to be heard, murmurs of disappointment rippled through the audience. "Unbelievable", "shame" "dissapointment" a "waste of time". Rice bows her head and turns away, but before she leaves, the other competitors begin to applaud. Acknowledging the strength she displayed in this Tennoushou. Rice lifts her head and smiles before running off toward the tunnel. There Mihono Bourbon waits, and there Rice lets loose her emotions. Crying knowing she ruined more dreams by winning today. Mihono reassures her—this is the nature of competition. Not every victory will be celebrated, but one day, the boos will turn into cheers.

			Later that evening, Team Spica gathers for a celebratory dinner, but McQueen does not attend. Concerned, Teio searches for her and finds her sitting alone on a bench as the sun sets. Before Teio can approach, Ikuno Dictus arrives first, expressing sympathy for McQueen’s loss. However, McQueen is less concerned about the defeat itself and more troubled by the weight of expectations she failed to meet. Feeling a bit loss and confused, wondering if she overthought herself in the lead-up to the race. Maybe Rice was simply more focused on winning the Tennoushou than she was. She wonders if she let Teio down, no longer serving as the unbeatable rival for her to surpass. Listening close by, Teio looks at her worried hearing this. But rather than dwelling on what could have been, McQueen refocuses herself. As a symbol of strong, she promised to make a comeback at the next Takarazuka Kinen.
